Norwegian street photographer Olav Ljone Skogaas works for a translation agency within a few blocks of the prime minister’s office in Oslo, and he was there when explosions hit on Friday afternoon. He shared photos he shot downtown after the blasts along with some he’d taken earlier this summer. We juxtaposed them to provide a better sense of the section of Norway's capital that was hit. Here, a photograph of the Oslo neighborhood affected shortly after the explosion (left) and just 24 hours earlier (right).
