The Super Bowl DietWhat if you ate everything they advertised?

Now that all the reviews of this year's Super Bowl ads are in (including Slate's own take), we decided to look closely at what those ads were trying to get us to buy. Often, it's something to eat or drink—and nearly all the food on offer violates Michael Pollan's rule of thumb in his recent New York Times Magazine article about nutritionism: "Don't eat anything your great-great-grandmother wouldn't recognize as food." So, we've put together a "video meal" of all the foodlike products and beverages advertised on this year's Super Bowl. Click the video screen to watch Super Bowl Diet, if you dare.
