A few weeks ago, the news that ModCloth, the quirky online women’s fashion retailer, was selling a blouse called the “Podcast Co-Host Top” delighted podcast fans everywhere. But anyone who’s browsed the e-tailer’s digital racks knows that whimsy is par for the course there. The site is lousy with creatively named garments that make it very clear its copywriting department is having a field day.

The names ModCloth gives its products are so ridiculous that they might seem impossible to lampoon—but that didn’t stop us from trying.
