Welcome back to Slate’s continuing live blog of the confirmation hearings for Donald Trump’s nominees. Wednesday, we’ll be following hearings for South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, nominated for ambassador to the United Nations; Rep. Tom Price, Trump’s pick for health and human services secretary; and Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt, chosen by Trump to run the Environmental Protection Agency.
