Joe Biden: "No Obvious Reason" Not to Run in 2016

"There may be reasons I don't run, but there's no obvious reason for me why I think I should not run," the vice president told CNN"s Kate Bolduan this morning. As for timing, Biden said he's hoping to make a final decision by next summer—although given the steady march of the unofficial Hillary 2016 campaign, one would imagine Biden and his people would have to be making moves behind the scenes will before then.
