Thursday night, Stephen Colbert crashed the Songwriter Hall of Fame, where Toby Keith was set to be honored. On top of inducting Keith, Colbert performed a cover of one of his songs, “As Good As I Once Was.” Colbert has an impressive bro-country twang, and also manages to pull off a denim jacket and cowboy hat. Only suggestion: Lose the glasses.
