In the lead-up to the release of Brett Morgen’s Kurt Cobain documentary Montage of Heck, several lost concert and song recordings have resurfaced. This cover of the Beatles’ “And I Love Her” by Kurt Cobain might be the best one. Cobain plaintively sings the words: “Bright are the stars that shine/ Dark is the sky,” … “A love like ours/ Will never die/ As long as I hold you near me.”
