Since the release of her 2013 album, Matangi, M.I.A. has maintained relative radio silence, surfacing only to spar with her record label and release some typically stunning music videos. But the singer’s finally put out some new music. On Saturday morning, she tweeted that she’d soon share a new song, “All My People,” before backtracking and gracing the masses with another new cut, “Can See Can Do,” instead.

The song isn’t a departure from M.I.A.’s previous work—it’s a synth-driven banger with some exotic, relentless production—but it does feature some uncharacteristically romantic lyrics, with the singer’s usual political provocations tamped down to a brief reference to drone warfare. The best part? There’s more to come in summer
