Broad City, the hilarious Web series-turned-show about female friendship, is TV’s funniest comedy. It’s practically revolutionary for being a stoner comedy starring women—and featuring some of the best physical comedy out there, I might add. Amanda Hess summed it up when writing about Wednesday’s Season 2 premiere: “Broad City’s plot may often revolve around getting laid, but the most delicious element of its fantasy is how it recasts female friendship as a kind of superpower.”

Right before the premiere, Comedy Central announced that the show had been picked up for a third season, which means that happily we have a lot more Broad City in our future.
