Dear Prudence: Girl With an Endless Appetite

My young daughter's friend eats enough for two adults. Should I intervene?

In this week's video, Prudie counsels a woman who's concerned about the gluttonous eating habits of her daughter's friend.

Update, Feb. 21: The animation for this Dear Prudence letter, in which a child is portrayed as a pig, triggered strong criticism. The portrayal was an attempt at satire that misfired. The producers of these animated segments aim to be playful, not to demean the characters in the letters. We apologize to all those it offended.
