Our first six episodes dealt with the basic, universal rules for how to negotiate effectively. For the final three episodes of this series, we’ll look at some specific situations where you might apply what you’ve learned. But today, we’re exploring a trickier subject: How do men and women differ in their approaches to haggling, and how can each side use those differences to their advantage? Of course these are generalizations, but we think you’ll find them useful nonetheless.
This week we talk to two guests for their perspectives: Columbia Business School professors Donna Hitscherich and Aaron Wallen.
