The second day of confirmation hearings for Donald Trump's nominees is now underway on Capitol Hill. The big event Wednesday is the first day of hearings for Trump nominee for secretary of state, Rex Tillerson. Elaine Chao, nominated for secretary of transportation, will also appear, and there will be a second day of testimony in the hearings for Jeff Sessions, nominee for attorney general.
