Corrections

In a Dec. 29 "Movie Club," Scott Foundas incorrectly referred to the British filmmaker Peter Watkins as an American filmmaker.

In a Dec. 23 "Breakfast Table," Larry Hurtado mixed up the aspects of the Christmas story associated with the Gospels of Luke and Matthew. The shepherds, angel choir, census, and the murder of the Bethlehem infants appear solely in Luke. The magi, star, and Joseph's dreams appear solely in Matthew.

In a Dec. 23 "Press Box," Jack Shafer mistakenly included Ed Rogers as one of pundits paid by a cable channel to express his views on the channel.
