In a Nov. 3 "Press Box," Jack Shafer gave the wrong title to a Sex Pistols song. It is "God Save the Queen."

In a Nov. 1 "Chatterbox," Timothy Noah stated, incorrectly, that an appellate decision by Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito required that a woman secure consent from the father before having an abortion. In fact, the decision required that the woman notify her husband before having an abortion.

In the Nov. 1 "In Other Magazines," Bidisha Banerjee incorrectly stated that Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito served as President Reagan's solicitor general. Alito was actually an assistant to the solicitor general.

In the Nov. 1 "Good Word," Jesse Sheidlower misspelled the title of Jane Austen's novel Sanditon.

In an Oct. 28 "Culturebox," Laura Kipnis misidentified a McDonald's sandwich and its calorie content.

In the Oct. 28 "Today’s Blogs," David Wallace-Wells wrote that Scooter Libby was charged on two counts of obstruction, two counts of perjury, and one count of making a false statement. Libby actually was charged with one count of obstruction, two counts of perjury, and two counts of making a false statement.

In an Oct. 24 "Ad Report Card," Seth Stevenson misspelled the name of the firm BzzAgent.
