In the Sept. 22 "Today's Papers," Eric Umansky originally stated that new research shows the flu has evinced increased resistance to vaccines. The flu has shown increased resistance to anti-viral drugs.

In the Sept. 19 "Ad Report Card," Seth Stevenson originally wrote that Fidelity used two different McCartney songs in a single ad. There are two separate ads, each using a single McCartney song. The ad discussed in the article uses "Band on the Run."

In the Sept. 16 "Chatterbox," Timothy Noah inadvertently omitted part of a quotation from Edward Whelan. The omission didn't change the meaning, but the missing copy has since been restored.

In the Sept. 15 "Sports Nut," Field Maloney originally and incorrectly stated that all three American golf majors were held at private clubs. The U.S. Open was held at Pinehurst, which is very expensive but not private.
