In the Nov. 29 "International Papers," a photo caption, based on information supplied by Reuters, originally referred to Lviv as being located in "Eastern Ukraine." In fact, Lviv is located in Western Ukraine.
In a Nov. 23 "Moneybox" Daniel Gross originally, and slightly misleadingly, described Spike Jonze as "the auteur behind Being John Malkovich." Jonze directed the movie, but the person who conceived it and wrote it was Charlie Kaufman.
