In the July 14 "Sports Nut," Nate DiMeo misspelled Michael Humphreys' last name.
In the July 14 "Politics," John Dickerson misspelled the names of Bernard Kerik and Wesley Clark.
In the July 11 "Human Nature," William Saletan incorrectly referred to Mary Lacy, the district attorney in the JonBenet Ramsey case, as "he."
In the July 10 "Chatterbox," Timothy Noah referred erroneously to D.C.'s congresswoman as "Rep." Eleanor Holmes Norton. Because D.C. is not a state, her proper title is "Del." (Delegate).
In the July 9 "Jurisprudence," Doug Kendall and Dahlia Lithwick wrongly stated that the frieze above the Supreme Court reads, "Equal justice for all." It says, "Equal justice under law."
If you believe you have found an inaccuracy in a Slate story, please send an e-mail to , and we will investigate. General comments should be posted in "The Fray," our reader discussion forum.
