Kirby Ferguson has gained fame for his “Everything Is a Remix” videos, which document how derivative many “creators”—of art, ideas, etc.—in fact are. In this clip Kirby and I start out talking about Led Zeppelin’s shameless rip-offs and end by discussing Bob Dylan’s shameless rip-offs, and in the middle we talk about whether giving credit to people you borrow from is a smart career move.
