Matthew Yglesias doesn’t buy into that convention about speaking well of the dead. Right after Andrew Breitbart’s death was reported, he tweeted, “Conventions around dead people are ridiculous. The world outlook is slightly improved with @AndrewBreitbart dead.” This led to such counter-tweets as “you ought to be shot ASSHOLE”.
