Belgian authorities now believe at least five men may have been involved in actively carrying out this week’s terror attacks; three are believed to be dead and two are the subject of an ongoing manhunt. In other news:

- Joe “Biden Rule” Biden argued that there is no Biden Rule regarding Supreme Court nominations in an election year.

- The existence of a third individual who was allegedly sexually abused by former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert was disclosed in a court document.
