In the Nov. 7 "This Just In," Blake Wilson mistakenly reported that calls about voting-machine troubles crashed the Columbus, Ohio, telephone system. The calls crashed the system used by the Franklin County, Ohio, government.

In the Nov. 7 "Today's Pictures," Magnum originally and incorrectly stated that a photo of an Andy Warhol piece was taken in 1959.

In the Nov. 6 "Today's Papers," Andrew Rice incorrectly referred to disgraced evangelist Ted Haggard as Tim Haggard.

In the Nov. 3 "Books," Hanna Rosin mistakenly identified Republican George Allen as the governor of Virginia and Democrat James Webb as challenging him for that office. Allen is a U.S. senator from Virginia, and Webb is his opponent in that race.
