In a Jan. 25 "Sports Nut," Stephen Rodrick originally stated that Stephen A. Smith once said that"substance without style doesn't mean a damn thing." He actually said the reverse, that "style without substance doesn't mean a damn thing."

In the Jan. 21 "Human Nature," William Saletan initially referred to a Government Accounting Office report. The report was issued by the Government Accountability Office.

In the Jan. 21 "In Other Magazines," Bidisha Banerjee incorrectly identified Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen, referring to him as Clay Bredesen.
