In a Jan. 28 " Webhead," Paul Boutin referred to "Jimmy Carter's 55 mph limit." That characterization was inaccurate, as it was actually President Nixon who signed the law mandating the sluggish pace nationwide.

In a Jan. 28 "Culturebox," Adam Sternbergh erroneously suggested that Jon Favreau's character did not marry Cameron Diaz's in Very Bad Things. In fact, he did marry her.

In a Jan. 23 "Press Box" column, the first name of New York Times reporter Neil A. Lewis was misspelled. It is Neil, not Neal.
