In the "Everyday Economics" column "Why Jews Don't Farm," Steven E. Landsburg said that the Baron De Hirsch Agricultural College was the first agricultural college in the United States. It was not. At the time the college opened in 1894, there were dozens of agricultural colleges in the United States. Most were established through the 1862 Morrill Act, which had given states land grants to fund public agricultural and mechanical colleges.

The "Television" column "Dogg Show"originally reported that Doggy Fizzle Televizzle appears on MTV2. In fact, as the article now reflects, it airs on MTV, though it does show in reruns on MTV2. Also, the episode described in the article is a pilot that originally aired last fall; the show's first full season begins with a new episode Sunday, June 22.
