In a Nov. 8 "Brow Beat" post, David Haglund and Katie Kilkenny misspelled the last name of actor David Strathairn.

In the Nov. 8 “Reckoning,” Michael Moran misidentified the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as the Commodity Futures Exchange Commission and the London Interbank Offered Rate as the London Interbank Overnight Rate. He also misspelled Rahm Emanuel's first name.

In a Nov. 7 "Politics," Daniel Engber mixed up the meanings of 1-to-4 and 4-to-1 odds.

In a Nov. 7 "Politics" infographic, nonpartisan analyst Reid Wilson had been listed as a conservative pundit. His name was removed. Also, Nate Silver's prediction had been listed as 313 electoral votes. This number was Silver's average of simulated outcomes, not the most likely outcome, which was 332 electoral votes.

In a Nov. 6 “Future Tense” blog post, Aymar Jean Christian incorrectly wrote that YouTube star Ray William Johnson had left Maker Studios. Though Johnson is now producing his show on his own, he is still under contract with Maker, according to a company spokesperson.

In a Nov. 6 “Politics,” John Dickerson misspelled Clermont County, Ohio.

In the Nov. 6 "Science," Katy Waldman misspelled the last name of sociologist Christine Bevc.

In a Nov. 5 "Politics," John Dickerson referred to the city of Richmond, Va., as a county.

In a Nov. 5 “Politics,” Rachael Larimore misspelled the name of Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted.

Because of a production error, a Nov. 5 “Politics” referred to “the 60 votes necessary for filibusters” in the Senate. Filibusters require only 41 votes.

In a Nov. 5 “Politics,” John Swansburg misspelled the last name of Lincoln Chafee.

In a Nov. 5 “Slate Fare” explaining why Slate traditionally reveals how its staff and contributors vote, David Plotz said the only Slate staffer in the survey casting a meaningful presidential vote was Managing Editor Rachael Larimore, who lives in Ohio. Senior editor Dan Kois votes in Virginia and intern Mark Stern votes in Florida.

In a Nov. 2 “Books,” Michelle Dean misspelled the first name of Flight Behavior's protagonist, Dellarobia Turnbow.
