The remote meadowlands known as Brown's Park, or Brown's Hole, is tucked in the corner where Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming meet. Here the outlaws found an idyllic hideaway off the beaten path, and here Butch Cassidy retreated after his first bank robbery, in Telluride, Colo., on June 24, 1889. This homestead may have offered support to the Wild Bunch

The Holiday Inn of the Waters in Thermopolis boasts the unexpected Safari Club Restaurant and Lounge. Owner Jim Mills is an avid, some might say obsessive, hunter. His trophies cover the walls and keep careful watch on diners and drinkers alike. This surround was shot in the Safari Club Lounge, where over 120 trophies from New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Alaska, and the lower 48 dominate the décor.

The ranch at Hole-in-the-Wall, a notorious hideout for outlaws in the late 1800s, was located here, in this small meadow. The camera is on the site of one of the cabins, but they have all disappeared.
