The Holiday Inn of the Waters in Thermopolis boasts the unexpected Safari Club Restaurant and Lounge. Owner Jim Mills is an avid, some might say obsessive, hunter. His trophies cover the walls and keep careful watch on diners and drinkers alike. This surround was shot in the Safari Club Lounge, where over 120 trophies from New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Alaska, and the lower 48 dominate the décor.
