Dear readers and listeners:

DoubleX is holding a live Gabfest on Wednesday, Feb. 13, in Washington, D.C., that will publish on Valentine’s Day. The theme is, of course, love, and our special guest is Emily Yoffe, Slate's own Dear Prudence and dispenser of relationship advice for the lovesick, the disenchanted, and the bizarre. Yoffe will join Gabfest regulars Hanna Rosin and Noreen Malone for our usual free-ranging discussion. You can buy tickets for the show here.

We will also be holding a special cocktail hour before the show. Extra points to fans who can convince us to drink too much before we go onstage. You can buy tickets for the cocktail hour here.

We look forward to seeing you all.

Hanna Rosin is the founder of DoubleX and a writer for the Atlantic. She is also the author of The End of Men. Follow her on Twitter.
