The good news for Ted Cruz? After most people in the Lower 48 went to sleep Tuesday night, he was declared the winner of the Alaska caucus. The bad news? He only got 12 delegates to Donald Trump’s 11 and still doesn’t have a very good chance of winning the GOP nomination.
