This constitutes legal written notice, as set forth in the terms of a negotiated settlement between MINDYCORP ENTERPRISES, Boca Raton, FL, and FRANK ALBERT LAPIERRE, Madison WI, dated April 11, 2000 and duly executed in the city and county of Los Angeles, CA, that Mr. LaPierre has no legal standing to represent MindyCorp, Mindy D’Stasio or any person or entity connected in any fashion with the public or personal affairs of Mindy D’Stasio, in any medium at any time in perpetuity throughout the known universe.
Mr. LaPierre further warrants and agrees to maintain a fixed distance of 500 feet from Mindy D’Stasio at all times, and to refrain from making or attempting to make any direct or indirect contact with Mindy D’Stasio or any representative of MindyCorp at any time, such contact or attempted contact including but not limited to the following: telephone calls, letters, telegrams, e-mails, videos, pencil sketches, shouts, yells, hollers, calls to psychic hotlines, sock puppets, “erotic pastries,” Origami, interpretive dance, batik, muffler-man sculptures, and notes wrapped around the torn-off heads of Mindy D’Stasio action figures and flung through windows.
