Tea: This denotes whether the republican candidate has Tea Party support.
McCain: Is a district one of the 48 that John McCain won.
08%: Is how the incumbent (almost always a Democrat) did in the last election. If the entry is '0' then this is an open seat.
Obama: The president's voting percentage from 2008 in that district.
PVI: This is the Cook Partisan Voting Index. A positive number means the district leans Republican. A negative number means it leans Democratic.
HCR: How the member voted on health care reform.
Stim: How the member voted on the stimulus bill.
C&T: How the member voted on "cap and trade" energy legislation.
