I was especially careful not to injure myself during my field tests, having read that the nonprofit World Against Toys Causing Harm (WATCH) had placed Heelys atop its annual list of most dangerous toys, ahead of a nasty-looking bow and arrow set and a rocket launcher. Also after having read the bright-yellow sticker that was affixed to the sole of my Heelys when I took them out of the box. It stated:

WARNING! By peeling this sticker, you agree to waive the right to sue Heeling Sports Limited and their owners, officers, directors, employees, and/or representatives for any injury, death, property damage, or incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. 

On the advice of counsel, I just left the sticker on.
