DETAILS

Slate’s Hang Up and Listen podcast and New York Super Week have joined forces for a live show on Oct. 8 in Brooklyn! Join Stefan Fatsis, Josh Levin, and Mike Pesca and special guest, Roy Blount Jr. for a fun evening of sports antics as they recreate a live version of their beloved podcast and discuss the 40th anniversary of football classic About Three Bricks Shy: And The Load Filled Up.

New York Comic Con is the largest pop culture event on the East Coast, with more than 130,000 fans. NYCC has grown so large that there is a higher demand from attendees, brands, and media to take part. To solve this issue, New York Super Week was created. Debuting this October, Super Week is a weeklong festival consisting of scores of events—screenings, concerts, comedy, podcasts, trivia, signings, tastings, and more—at venues throughout New York City

The VIP ticket includes a complimentary drink, premium seating, and early entrance to mingle with the hosts for an hour before the show. Don’t miss out on the chance to chat with the hosts of Slate’s sports podcast.

If you are a Slate Plus member, you will receive 30% off your ticket purchase. Use your Upcoming Events tool in the Slate Plus dashboard on the right side of the Slate Plus homepage to receive your individualized discount code.
