Tax Frauds


The New York Times reported this week that reforms of the IRS, which were designed to reduce the harassment of taxpayers, have forced the agency to audit the poor instead of the rich. In 1997, Jacob Weisberg rebutted the GOP's various criticisms of the IRS--including allegations of taxpayer harassment.
