Trained as a lawyer, Posner has become a one-man truth squad, debunking everything from the JFK assassination to Ross Perot's delusions. In his new book, he not only dispenses with earlier versions of King assassination conspiracism but also recounts how the ABC newsmagazine Turning Point, in an episode aired last year, exposed Pepper's ridiculous theories.
