For those of you who don't follow American blood sports, the Ultimate Fighting Championship is a wildly popular extreme fighting tournament. A kind of human cockfight, the UFC pits boxers, wrestlers, black belts, jujitsu masters, and other crazies in a no-holds-barred war. Well, a few holds are barred. Eye-gouging, biting, and throat-kicking are banned. And so is ultimate fighting, in most states. It's too vicious. But you can watch it on pay-per-view.
