
Much has been made of Starr's allegedly outrageous use of the criminal laws to resolve a discrepancy between witnesses after the case about which they differ has already been settled. Tell it to Fuhrman, who was rightly prosecuted for his perjury even after the main Simpson case was decided by a jury.
