On Tuesday, Libyan leader Col. Muammar Qaddafi addressed his protesting people. In the 75-minute speech, the Libyan strongman declared: “Muammar Qaddafi is history, resistance, liberty, glory, revolution.” He left a few things off his list: Muammar Qaddafi is also a fashion statement. And, possibly, Mickey Rourke’s doppelganger. Yes, Qaddafi is a brutal dictator. Still, there’s no denying that the colonel bears an uncanny resemblance to several famous actors, musicians, and world leaders.
