The Auburn Park Trust and Savings Bank was erected in 1928 at a cost of $400,000. By 1933, the building had become a funeral chapel. By the mid 1980s, the former bank was the headquarters of the Nation of Islam. Today it houses administrative offices and the Nation's newspaper, the Final Call. 734 W. 79th St., Chicago, 2009.
