In a Jan. 15 "Music Box," Jody Rosen gave the incorrect date for Biggie Small's death.

In a Jan. 15 "Politics," Christopher Beam wrote that Herbert Hoover's presidency ended in 1929. It ended in 1933.

In the Jan. 15 "Sports Nut," Tom Scocca originally misstated the New England Patriots' record last year. It was 18-1, not 19-1.

In the Jan. 13 "Green Lantern," Jacob Leibenluft incorrectly stated that Vermont and Rhode Island don't use any coal. The two states do not have any coal-fired power plants, but receive some electricity that may come from coal from other states.

In a Jan. 12 "Politics," Christopher Beam incorrectly called the Rt. Rev. V. Gene Robinson the Episcopal Church's first openly gay pastor. He was its first openly gay bishop.

In the Jan. 9 "Spectator" column, Ron Rosenbaum wrote that BBC reporters recently revealed the existence of Britain's Letter of Last Resort. In fact, the letter had been reported on before.
