A five-color flyer from Jesse Jackson and his RainbowPUSH Coalition (see below) invites readers to picket the U.S. Treasury Department on Sept. 26 to protest the "Wall Street Crisis and the Federal Bail-Out." Both the flyer and a RainbowPUSH e-mail to participants in the Congressional Black Caucus' annual legislative conference (Page 2) term the scheduled protest an "informational picket."
