WP fronts word that federal prosecutors want a federal court in Vermont to make a man cough up a password to reveal kiddie porn on his laptop, which the man had shown to his arresting officer but investigators later could not access. A lower court denied the government's request, citing the man's Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate himself. The man discussed his porn-viewing habits with the Post.
