In the Jan. 2 "Faith-Based," Chris Lehmann incorrectly referred to a book of the Bible as Revelations instead of Revelation.
In the Dec. 28 "Other Magazines," Chris Wilson misidentified the frontman of Nine Inch Nails as Trevor Reznor.
