Supreme Court Dispatches: Court To Hear Guantanamo Case
The Supreme Court will hear arguments Wednesday in a case about the legal rights of detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Under the 2006 Military Commissions Act, Guantanamo inmates cannot exercise their habeas corpus rights to challenge their detention. Dahlia Lithwick and Sen. Lindsey Graham, who helped create the act, discuss the case. Listen to the segment.
