Jurisprudence: Virginia Tech Panel Holds Final Public Meeting
The official review panel for the Virginia Tech shooting tragedy held its fourth and final public hearing Wednesday. The eight-person panel, with members from law, policy, and other disciplines, interviewed witnesses from the law enforcement and mental-health communities.
