Two top aides have left Sen. John McCain's presidential campaign, which has been struggling in the polls and with fundraising. Ex-White House Official Testifies on Attorney Firings

Jurisprudence: Gonzales Was Informed of Patriot Act Violations
Attorney General Alberto Gonzales received at least half a dozen reports of FBI violations of the Patriot Act, according to Tuesday's Washington Post.
