Jurisprudence: Supreme Court Upholds Late-Term Abortion Ban
The Supreme Court voted to uphold a nationwide ban on a controversial abortion procedure. In a 5-4 ruling, the court determined that the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003 did not violate a woman's right to an abortion. Dahlia Lithwick talks about the landmark decision. Listen to the segment.
