In the Feb. 21 "Big Idea," Jacob Weisberg originally misspelled Ester Fuchs' first name as "Esther."

In the Feb. 21 "Video" about a newly discovered film of John F. Kennedy's motorcade taken minutes before his assassination, Andy Bowers incorrectly cited the date of the event as Nov. 23, 1963. The date was Nov. 22, 1963. He also incorrectly described the type of film used as Super 8.

The Feb. 16 "Explainer" originally contained a photograph of a cargo ship; the photograph was removed after readers pointed out that the caption information provided by Agence France-Presse was inaccurate. The vessel shown was not an oil tanker.

In the Feb. 16 "Good Word," Ben Yagoda wrote that urbandictionary.com includes 737 definitions of meh. It has 173 definitions of the word.

In the Feb. 15 "Explainer," Lindsay Goldwert wrongly described the rockets fired by Hezbollah as coming from Syria by way of Russia. She should have said they originated in Russia and came through Syria.
