In a May 24 "Blogging the Bible" entry, David Plotz stated that Jacob "had a taste for game." It was his father Isaac who had the taste for game.

In a May 24 "Pulp Fiction," John Banville misidentified the Richard Stark novel on which the film The Outfit was based. The correct title is The Hunter.

In the May 24 "Today's Pictures," Magnum misidentified the Manhattan Bridge as the Brooklyn Bridge. The photo was removed.

In the May 23 "Theater," Mac Rogers originally misspelled Marc Shaiman's name.

In the May 22 edition of "Dispatches," Bing West originally misquoted Maj. Orestees "Bo" Davenport as saying, "The Iranian army can block off large movements of Shiite militia from Sadr City." Maj. Davenport was speaking of the Iraqi army. This error was introduced by the story's editor.

In a May 15 "Culturebox," a production error resulted in an incorrectly captioned photograph. This error has been corrected.

In a June 3, 2004 "Explainer," Brendan I. Koerner referred to 3-year-old horses as "in their third year." They are in their fourth year.
