For this year, California is budgeted for the biggest allocation ($66.6 million), followed by Arizona ($47.6 million) and Texas ($46.9 million). In these states, shooting undocumented aliens may prove to be a big moneymaker!
It may or may not be significant that TrailBlazer is based in the president's home state of Texas.
